Wilson Tours & Travel is committed to ensuring that all guests, regardless of physical or mental disabilities, can fully participate in and enjoy the tours and travel experiences they offer. To that end, the company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This may involve arranging wheelchair-accessible transportation, securing ADA-compliant hotel and attraction reservations, and providing any other necessary assistance or modifications.
However, Wilson Tours & Travel cannot guarantee that all venues and attractions visited during their tours will fully comply with ADA standards, especially for destinations outside the United States. While the company will proactively request accessible facilities, international locations are not bound by the same accessibility regulations. Therefore, Wilson Tours & Travel strongly encourages guests with disabilities to provide advance notice of their specific needs. This allows the company to make appropriate arrangements and provide as much accessibility as possible.
Though Wilson Tours & Travel will do their utmost to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable journey for all, guests should be aware that certain sites and attractions may have limited or no accessibility, depending on local infrastructure and regulations. By communicating their needs in advance, the company can better prepare to accommodate guests with disabilities and strive to make their tours as inclusive and accessible as feasible.
Authority to Remove or Refuse Passengers
Wilson Tours & Travel reserves the sole discretion to refuse transport to or remove from the tour any passenger whom they reasonably believe: Poses a danger to themselves or others; Has engaged in, is engaging in, or is threatening behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, comfort, enjoyment, or well-being of the traveler, other passengers, or Wilson Tours & Travel representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, disruptive, verbally/physically abusive, obnoxious, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene behavior. Has failed or refuses to follow Wilson Tours & Travel rules, procedures, or the instructions of its representatives. If a passenger is removed, Wilson Tours & Travel has no liability to leave them at any city. The removed passenger will not receive a refund and will be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Wilson Tours & Travel in their removal or in enforcing this clause.
